This office building is designed as a contemporary landmark that integrates architecture, landscape, and urban presence. Defined by a façade of vertical fins and tall cypress trees, the building achieves a strong rhythm and identity while balancing transparency and shading. Generous glazing at the ground floor creates an open and welcoming reception area, framed by a double-height green wall that extends the building’s biophilic ethos into its interior. Upper floors are organized around deep terraces with planted edges, where greenery softens the architectural lines and enhances workplace comfort. At night, the building transforms into a luminous volume, with carefully placed lighting highlighting its structural rhythm and landscaped features.
