Key facts & brief

AMA Suites is located in the vibrant heart of Paphos old town.

It has a strong contemporary architectural expression, defined by its interplay of volumes and voids. At first glance, the facade is composed of a rigid grid of rectangular modules, creating a rhythm of solid surfaces and cut-out recesses. These voids, often used as balconies or terraces, act as intentional interruptions to the flat surface, giving depth and shadow play to what could otherwise be a monolithic volume.
This careful balance of solids and voids not only enhances the visual identity of the building but also creates dynamic living spaces that connect the interiors with the city outside. The result is a building that feels both structured and open, contemporary yet well integrated into its urban context.
