Panthea’s design stands out with its bold dynamic geometry, a composition of sharp lines and clean planes that interplay with vertical louvers to create a striking rhythm on the façade. The massing is sculptural yet highly functional, with volumes that appear to shift and slide past one another, producing depth and shadow play throughout the day.

At the base, the double-height green entrance establishes an inviting threshold. Tall trees rise to meet the elevated canopy, softening the strong architectural lines and providing a natural counterpoint to the crisp white and black surfaces. This generous vertical space not only enhances the sense of arrival but also floods the interior with light and openness, creating a welcoming transition between the urban exterior and the inner environment.
