Key facts & brief

Elysium Residences is a striking high-rise building where the defining element is its white fluid facade exoskeleton. Unlike conventional structures where the facade is merely a surface treatment, here the exoskeleton becomes an expressive architectural language, both structural and sculptural. The white columns rise organically from the ground, resembling branching forms found in nature, almost like trees or flowing streams of concrete frozen in motion.

They split and diverge elegantly as they ascend, wrapping around the building and creating a rhythm that contrasts with the dark, glassy horizontal planes of the floors. This design gives the tower a sense of lightness and fluidity, as though it is being gently lifted upward by these organic supports. The exoskeleton not only defines the tower’s visual identity but also mediates light and shadow, enhances structural clarity, and creates a dynamic relationship between the building and its surroundings. It transforms the high-rise into a landmark that is both sculptural and functional, offering a unique experience for occupants and observers alike.
