ALMARE is a new residential development coming to Polemidia, Limassol. Comprising four distinctive blocks and 150 apartments — a curated selection of one, two, and three-bedroom homes — the project is defined by one core idea: that the quality of a residential development is not measured in units, but in the spaces between them.

Architecture Designed Around People

Each of the four blocks has been individually oriented to maximise views and privacy simultaneously. This is not a default arrangement. It is a deliberate decision — one that required the kind of site analysis and layout intelligence that most developments at this scale skip entirely.
